Randy Sears

30+ year auto executive with in-depth hands-on experience in sales, marketing and financial management

As President and CEO of Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada Ltd., Randy Sears actually started the Canadian operation of this global automaker and achieved the best sales launch for any auto manufacturer in the previous 20 years. Achieving profit in his first year, he grew the firm from 16 dealers to 55 dealers within two years.

From this challenge and others within both the corporate and retail sector of automotive, Randy honed his business acumen and later developed a customized sales process that brought him and those who used it remarkable success.  For example, during his time at Brandimensions, he tripled sales volume and took their automotive department to the number one position in the company, winning domestic and international long-term contracts and retaining existing clients.

Randy is heavily involved in fostering the growth of small and medium-sized businesses in Atlantic Canada by assisting companies in developing and implementing corporate best practises that are necessary to achieve business growth and success.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science, both from Dalhousie University, Randy has a sterling track record of success in sales, marketing and financial management. 

 

Louie Surette

30 years managing people and money in the banking industry

Louie Surette relishes helping communities and organizations succeed through his extensive volunteer work as much as helping SMEs grow and overcome obstacles to financial health. 

In both the volunteer and the private sector, Louie’s strength in financial management, learned while at the Caisse Populaire, served himself and his clients well.  He has always taken a partnership approach to finding profit solutions, feeling great pride in knowing that those he has advised have moved forward to even greater successes. 

His leadership skills were further honed as Executive Director of the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital Foundation. His not-for-profit contributions have focused on donations of time and governance skills to education causes, hospital foundations and university alumni groups.

Throughout the years, he has supplemented his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from l’Université de Moncton with a variety of training programs in leadership, strategic planning and change management.
