During the workshop, participant will learn:

  • To differentiate the 4 types of behaviors and effectively respond to each of them
  • How to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • The role manager, supervisor and staff play in resolving conflict and their responsibilities
  • Practice effective communication & mediation techniques
