It is natural for people to disagree. That said, workplaces need to clearly & define everyone’s roles and responsibilities so they can prevent conflicts and quickly respond to disagreements among team members.

To differentiate the 4 types of behaviors and effectively respond to each of them
How to provide and receive constructive feedback
The role manager, supervisor and staff play in resolving conflict and their responsibilities
Practice effective communication & mediation techniques
