Dealing with Difficult People

Have you ever had someone on your team that you or anybody could ever please, no matter how hard you tried? You tried different approaches with him/her to no avail! How frustrating! And at times, you are at your wits’ end with them.

Participants will discuss why people behave the way they do. They will also be able to learn and use a variety of tools, techniques and strategies for dealing with challenging and difficult behaviors in the workplace.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Discuss possible reasons for such difficult behaviors
  • Learn how to address, in a respectful manner these difficult situations
  • Explore ways to communicate and approach problems in a healthy and productive manner
  • Develop strategies to adapt to challenging circumstances
