This workshop is designed for people responsible for the success of the organization’s marketing, sales and/or communications. 

This session will help participants understand how social media fits into the overall strategy of the business, as well as how it fits into the marketing, sales and communications strategies and tactics. 

Participants will learn:

  • key metrics to measure success
