Coaching and mentoring are very separate activities but effective coaches and mentors both use feedback as a fundamental part of what they do. This workshop will concentrate on the role of mentors and the skills and tools needed to be an effective coach that helps people impact their career, their day to day effectiveness and their potential for succession.  

The workshop will provide you with tools to move well beyond informal and well intentioned haphazard mentoring and coaching to a more focused, deliberate and effective approach that targets specific competencies and results.
