Laurie Bourque, CMC, Lead Consultant
Laurie has over twenty years of experience in business development and consulting. He holds the professional designation of Certified Management Consultant. He has assisted both non-profit and private organizations achieve a variety of strategic goals. Laurie is a graduate of the Professional Human Resources Management Program at the University of New Brunswick. Before founding Kensington Associates, he was Managing Partner with the Business Development Bank of Canada's consulting group.
As an experienced bilingual consultant having worked with corporate challenges in a wide variety of organizations from contact centers to major manufacturing sites, Laurie is well versed in the design and implementation of sustainable business development programs and is often called upon to deliver the key note address on issues from Human Resource Management to Sustainable Business Development.
